All our products are personalized and custom made that restrict our refund options compared to non-customized e-commerce.
Your refund request will be eligible if :
- the product you received is severely damaged, or
- the product you received significantly differs from what is advertised on our website.
To complete your return or exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase that you made through our website. We do accept exchange or refund requests which are up to 30 days after the purchase of the product from our website.
Since the products are personalized and custom made, we don't require you to ship them back to us in case they are damaged. We will ask you to send us a photo so that we can inspect them.
Products that are delivered digitally (such as image files, PDF files) are not eligible to get a refund. We are happy to make corrections on those in case an error was made during the ordering process.
